Right now I am working as a weight loss coach, but I could see myself working towards higher management positions as the company continues to expand and grow.Started this program 10 weeks ago. I am someone who could work myself into the ground if allowed, but my managers at Awaken180 constantly remind me to take breaks and to not do anything work related outside of my working hours. Work-Life balance is very important here as well, which I am reminded of daily. I have received many benefits for my hard work, even a cultural award with a bonus attached to it. I have a strong passion for helping others, and I can tell that doesn't go unnoticed by the company. When I was complaining about my hour commute one way, I was able to accept a remote position with our At-Home team, and have been working remotely for about 6-7 months now. I love the fun work environment, and how I always feel like my concerns are heard. I started in 2021 being trained by the Seekonk team, then help open the Auburn location a month later. I have been with the Awaken180 company for almost 2 years now.
